Guys, we should move our draft BACK to the 16th. I want to invite you guys, those who are able, to Buffalo Wild Wings in Monroe. Sean Baligan from WDFN is hosting his Fantasy Football Show live from there on Wed. Aug 16th at 7:00. You can bring your laptop with wireless and draft right from there. Sean, if you guys don't know, is a fantasy football GENIUS. I think it would be a riot if we could get together, slam some brews and have our draft from there.
What do you think?

I obviously can't be there since I'm in NYC, but I'm ok with moving it back to Wednesday. I play in a billiards league on Wednesday night, so I may have to miss the draft then, but that's fine if it's for the greater good.

I don't really care when the draft is, if I'm around I'll partake live, but there isn't much chance of me going down to Monroe...too far of a drive and I've got far too much to do.

I've got no problems drafting on wednesday but if possible could we make it 7:15 since I dont think i can make it home from work fast enough to make 7. Also I wouldnt be able to go have a few since I'm up here in canada and underage.

we could still make it 7, rob if you have your pre-rankings set, you'd only miss probably 2-3 rounds tops by 7:15...probably only the first round, if that.

I dont do fantasy football but it would be cool to meet some of you.
I like the idea.. but I will not be able to make it down there.

Ok, well, don't worry about it then. Sorry you guys couldn't make it but, I know you're all busy. I just happened to see it advertised last night and thought it'd be neat. As it happens he's running another one in Southgate, also at BWW, the next day. Is that a possibility?

I would love to go to Monroe but still haven't purchased a car yet so I am a no. I still want to be in the league though. Rev I will come down and visit ya sometime though if ya want once I am mobile.

Yeah, I work midnights this week, so I'm not going anywhere. Not to mention that MI is a good 6 hour drive for me. I don't care when the draft is, as long as it is sometime this week and preferably early enough that I can partake and go to work for 12am I'm good.

I missed it at first too. "The draft order will be randomly determined approximately 30 minutes before the draft begins"

tis the way it's always been fellas....................at least with every fantasy football draft i've ever done where the draft order was determined randomly :P

I know I'm registered and it shows the league on my team page? (The Devils Rejects)

To make things more interesting I set up a War Room channell on the PCGN Teamspeak server.
The server id is : ts.cowa.net
No need to register to get in the channel but do make sure you assign a login name so we know who you are.
If you don't have Team speak you can get it here : http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php?page=downloads
Its small and doesnt take long to install.

So where do I go for the draft, or do I just sit on the home page and it starts automatically? I've always just done auto drafts :(

I can sign into to my team, just can't get into league page. This sucks because I planned on drafting live so I didn't pre-rank. Oh well.

the draft portal is on the team page. Its where it used to give the countdown to the draft, and now it has a link to enter the draft

I had to update mine before I could do the live draft.

Yeah, I definitely like Yahoo better... definitely pleased with the decision.
I think the "live" updates of the FF matchups is really cool... kinda makes it more real-time.

I know, I was dead in the water, outside of the bears D I had absolutely nothing. Thats why I took them so early though, 6 games against the NFC north.
They did have 321 points last year, better than most top tier RB's and QB's.

I'm still rather happy with my team... aside from Culpepper.
