Where can I get a program to use my own spray in cs?

you can get basic decal converter proggies or you can use wally or something. Im sure you can search for them on kazaa or something. :D

or search on yahoo or google or something i donno what the exact sites are.. im sure you can find one :beer:

There are many programs and stuff, that may work, but I like to be lazy and i just use this funky website, that converts pics, into pldecal.wads!

I have used this site many times. You have to register in their forums to used this...and I believe you need cookies enabled.
