Wow, only this year I think I'm having it on the day. For like every other year of my life it was on christmas eve.

Christmas day, but my mom likes to experiment so we haven't had turkey in like 4-5 years.

Yeah I'd have to agree with Scott on that one. Ham is the shiznat. However, to resolve this issue, my grandparents just make both.
we are having steak....

Christmas Eve dinner consists of the Italian 7 fish dinner.
Christmas dinner consists of:
First course: Escrole Soup
football
Second Course: Ravioli , sausage, meatballs, fresh italian bread
football
Third: Ham, yams and apples, another various vegitable, and salad
more football
Fourth: Cheese cake, cookies, coffee, tea
mouth watering just thinking about it. If I was fed like this every day of the year I might just think about moving back home.

We usually have posole for Christmas Eve dinner, and then either turkey or ham (usually ham) for Christmas dinner. Though I'd imagine a lot of you don't know what posole is...

As much as I want ham, we're having turkey. Grandparents are over too, so yeah

Ah, we had a nice mix of Polish and Lebanese food for our Christmas, ended up being more of a lunch than a dinner, but that was due to the fact that my father, brother, and I all had to leave around 4ish. So, my Christmas food consisted of Kibbee Nayee. Nothing says yum like uncooked lamb!

I ended up having Lobster and Chicken with various vegtables for supper. Good stuff, very full. Also have the urge to release fecal matter.

hey, there was no "Both" option.
Mom made her traditional English Christmas Eve dinner, standing rib roast with yorkshire pudding. Then today I get my wife's family's Christmas dinner... which I've never had, so I can't tell you how it is... not that you care...
roger that...
